Lilian Ekong popularly known as Chef Laal,is african from the south south region of Nigeria where they are renowned for their unique and exquisite delicacies.

These distinctive attributes combined with her british training sets her apart in the industry.

 She takes pride in re-imagining the way people enjoy and experience food and so tries to set an ambitious standard for cuisines with self designed and ever evolving menus, also embracing bold and unique flavours that come from years of training and experience.
